Randa Shebly-Cobb

A distinguished entrepreneur, Randa Shebly-Cobb has excelled as a managing partner at Phenix Salon Suites in Atlanta, Georgia, a leading salon suites franchise in the country, since 2019. She is the 301^st franchisee. In her facility, beauty professionals rent 120-square-foot suites that they can decorate, sell their own products and operate on a monthly basis. She provides basic equipment and the upscale salon and spa atmosphere within the 48 suites, which is a record number. Ms. Shebly-Cobb is now well on her way to expanding to two new locations in Atlanta.

Ms. Shebly-Cobb’s involvement in the Phenix Salon Suites franchising business sprang from her search efforts to join an established and growing profitable franchise that provides excitement, great rewards and business opportunities to small business owners as well as women and minority entrepreneurs in the community. Upon her move to Atlanta, she considered Phenix Salon Suites as an attractive investment in the sense that it had a 100 percent success rate for franchise owners, founded by a successful West Coast. Ms. Shebly-Cobb found it refreshing to see someone like her paying it forward by creating a better, more empathetic environment for stylists, further giving them an opportunity to run their own salon where they can set their own rules.

In addition to this endeavor, Ms. Shebly-Cobb has also been the founder and chief executive officer of Shebly Company Limited LLC in Atlanta since 2019, as well as the founder and chief executive officer of Daero AB in Malmo, Sweden since 2016. Having been in sales for 14 years, she was initially involved in selling home improvement products and television and internet subscriptions. When she turned 22 and completed a sales management training program, she launched her own business and serviced national clients in the United Kingdom, opening offices throughout the region, and later doing so in Spain. Ms. Shebly-Cobb is backed by a Bachelor’s degree in natural science from Pauliskolan in Sweden from 2004, along with coursework in communications and visual culture from London Metropolitan University.
